ARTICLE XVIII - INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
The Federation shall fully indemnify any person made, or threatened to be made, a party to an action, suit or proceeding (whether civil, criminal, administrative or investigative) by reason of the fact that such person is or was a director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation, against all expenses incurred in connection with such action, suit or proceeding.
To the full extent provided in the District of Columbia Nonprofit Corporation Act, Federation volunteers shall be immune from civil liability, and the personal civil liability of Federation employees shall be limited, for any acts or omissions in providing services or performing duties on behalf of the Federation.
