The Direct Selling Association of Australia (DSAA) recently held its most successful annual conference, which attracted almost 170 delegates. This year’s theme was ”Discover Your Edge” and provided attendees with knowledge, perspective and insight into leadership and the issues facing direct selling in Australia and globally.
Conference sessions focussed on maintaining business and personal relevance, individual and team leadership, current issues in direct selling, and an interactive case study session that shared success in sales force recruitment, retention, recognition and re-connection. Other highlights included presentations on rewards, incentives and technology issues for party plan models; the changing face of network marketing; facing issues in growing a company; and regulation of therapeutics goods.
