The WFDSA Code of Ethics does not restate all legal obligations of the area in which a company and/or Direct Seller does business. However, as a condition of acceptance by or continuing membership in DSA, all members must comply with all applicable regulations and laws pertaining to Direct Selling in their jurisdiction. Following the code of ethics to the letter (and in spirit) means you are responsible for knowing and obeying the law(s).
