My wish is for Covid-19 pandemic to be fully under control by the middle of 2021, and I am optimistic for 2021.

Under the new normal, Direct Selling Companies will need to be in line with all other trades to adapt to digitalization. Due to the nature of direct selling business being centric on person-to-person connection, we may be in a better position to develop into O2O model. The pandemic experience may give direct selling companies opportunity to educate the public to pay attention to wellness.
