WFDSA Update

WFDSA held a Global DSA Secretaries / Executive Directors video conference at the end of May. Participants discussed topics such as the current situation in each respective market during the pandemic, providing benefits to members, generating alternative income sources, use of digital tools and regulatory updates among other things.
