WFDSA partners with member national DSAs and independent leading third party organizations to conduct the socio-economic impact studies on how direct selling industry contributes to the economy and people of the countries where we do business. Since 2005 the studies have been completed in the following markets: Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Finland, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and the United States and the United Kingdom.

The World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA) is pleased to present record industry sales and sales force figures for 2020.
Sales figures are expressed at Estimated Retail level and exclude Value Added Tax. Except as footnoted, figures for sales and independent representatives are based on the entire industry.
Sales figures for 2020 are expressed in US Constant 2020 Dollars to exclude the impact of foreign exchange and ensure comparability. WFDSA uses average annual exchange rates from the International Monetary Fund to convert data from local currency to US dollars, and secondarily from OANDA.

Most enjoy significant discounts on products. In fact, some choose only to enjoy and use the products and not to sell at all.
