Delivering our normal program of Association Performance Programs and even holding a physical secretaries meeting this year turned out to be impossible. However, we found that we could do so much via digital platforms like Zoom and MS Teams in order to connect and share what DSAs around the globe were doing to meet the challenges that we all faced from COVID-19 19 and remain united as an industry.
2021 is now just around the corner, vaccines have been developed and should start to roll out as we move into the year, but the ability to travel and meet physically still will remain some time off. What has been impressive is that direct selling adapted so well and in most markets, companies had record sales through the last half of the year and I foresee that sales will remain strong well into the 2021 year even when some form of normality returns. The future is bright for this industry and DSA’s have a major part in keeping it so.
I wish a Happy New Year to all and hope that all can celebrate with family as we wave goodbye to what has been a challenging year.
