Most definitely FALSE. At the beginning of any sales presentation, Direct Sellers true to the spirit of the the WFDSA Code of Ethics must do four things: 1) Identify themselves clearly and truthfully; 2) Identify their company by name; 3) Explain the nature of their Products; 4) Explain to the Consumer why they’re making a presentation to them. How you do these things is up to you – but you need to make sure they are ALL done by the time you start selling.
