Promotional literature, ads, and mailings must be accurate.

As stated previously, all DSA-member companies agree to abide by the WFDSA Code of Ethics.  Those ethical conditions apply to everything the company produces and sends out – including promotions, ads, and mailings. They must not contain deceptive or misleading descriptions, claims, photos or illustrations. Also, promotional literature shall contain the name and address or telephone number of the Company (and may include the telephone number of the Direct Seller).
